Training and Support to Kansas City Area Law Enforcement Agencies on Proper Techniques for Seizing and Storing Computers and Computer Related Evidence
One of the RCFLs main functions is to provide training to area law enforcement agencies regarding the proper way to preserve computer and computer related evidence during a seizure. To request training from the RCFL in this area, the law enforcement agency must submit an Administrative Service Request form to the RCFL. Another good source of information about this subject is the FBI's Handbook of Forensic Science.
